Reporting 'Live' from HK
1) I am left with HK$450 in my wallet after 3 days. But I am in absolute control, no alarm please.
2) OD-ed on mango pudding, but still no roasted pigeon yet.
3) Had one heavy and expensive meal today at 3.30pm, but with lots of desserts after.
4) My cantonese is getting better!
5) Eve bought new shorts! No more ugly and skimpy ones, friends.
6) Double chin is quite visible in pictures. Tsk, tsk....
7) Shall I buy shoes tomorrow?
8) Drank almost two pints of beer last night at the beer festival.... hmmm they don't taste that bad afterall.
9) Weather has not been fantastic, rainy and humid.
10) 'Forever', 'Simple' and 'Eazy' are being used as names here!

Auntie Minnie!
Hey! Can you guys remember Auntie Minnie (I seriously didn't know her name is spelt as such)? The one who always sends fear down our spine when we walk pass her desk at the side door? At least, she did instill such fear in me then. Here's a write-up on her. Its rather heart-warming to hear about her.

Losing One of Your Favourites
Can you remember the last time when you have to give up or throw away your favourite pillow or blanket because its beyond 'repair'? Or when your favourite watch has finally succumbed to old age?
The realization that you have no better solution but to give up something, something close to your heart, and the feeling of detachment somehow makes you feel sad.

Signing In
Been slightly more than 3 weeks since I left Melbourne, or wrote anything. Must be the heat fusing around with my writting inspiration.... hehheh. So, what shall I write about today?... Hmmmm... About the changes in SIN, at home or with people generally? Or about the status of my employment?
I think the former sounds better.... think I'll save the latter, when I am a little more brave to keep an update on my job hunt. So, here are some things I noticed or have enountered since I came home:

I think the former sounds better.... think I'll save the latter, when I am a little more brave to keep an update on my job hunt. So, here are some things I noticed or have enountered since I came home:
- Mum is shocked by the amount of vegetables I eat now (dun worry, its for the better).
- One of my youngest cousins is going through puberty, and speaking to me with his new matured voice.
- My block has a new coat of paint, and major renovations at the ground level.
- My juniors at the ex-workplace have learnt the ropes and doing pretty well.
- My room is too small. I need more space for my stuff, can't unpack yet with one luggage and 3 cartons still left standing since Day 1 of homecoming.
- Zits are still appearing..... sigh.
- Mobile phone woes are never-ending.
- First car tyre punctured, near Lorong Chuan on 2 July.
- It is possible for one to not eat for 24 hours straight.
- One party-karkey is leaving town.
- Installed wireless broadband in my room, so that I can surf lying down.
- Went cycling yesterday for the first time after XXX number of years, and got a tan.
- It is still possible to pay only $2.50 for a plate of delicious wan ton mee.
- Have taken a liking for All's Well plum juice. Aids my digestion, especially when I overeat, and pretty often these days.
- There are now 2 durian stalls at the ground level, and they are not very good for my waistline.
- Gym membership has expired, need to find new exercise outlets.
- Food at Newton Circus are no longer yummy, at least not for those I ordered.
- Prices at Sunny Bookstore has increased!
- Petrol stations are staging price wars, which is good news for me.
- Music at last night's Elevation party was good.
